Overview
Our Regional Clinical Manager is a fully licensed Nurse Practitioner responsible for managing advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) providers’ clinical and professional development. This leader will oversee primary practice enhancement by coaching providers based on productivity analytics, outcomes, and clinical assessment. They will provide clinical management and support to new and existing APRNs and serve in a direct supervisory role for APRNs in assigned region(s).
Regional travel to contracted nursing facilities is required to work with APRNs assigned to each facility. The Regional Clinical Manager will ensure that work performance is accomplished efficiently and accurately, meets Abode Care Partners clinical standards, and maintains a part‑time clinical primary care practice adjusted to the number of providers being supervised.

Responsibilities- Manage providers using analytics and outcomes, including reports, dashboards, and company software systems.
- Facilitate onsite orientation to facilities with newly hired APRNs, training on best practices, model of care, and rollout to new facilities.
- Support relationships with providers to foster growth, retention, and a patient‑oriented culture.
- Identify and support ways to improve provider efficiency, productivity, timeliness, and time in the facility.
- Facilitate frequent provider meetings to review clinical topics and discuss best practices.
- Perform regular quarterly reviews with providers to review reports and metrics, set goals, and provide mentorship, focusing on efficiency, quality, and patient/facility experience.
- Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Prior APRN experience in clinical leadership and training.
- Previous long‑term care experience in a nursing home or assisted living is desirable.
- Current registered nursing license in the state where the position is located and appropriate approvals to practice as an APRN in that state.
- Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation and car insurance required.
- Demonstrates professionalism, self‑direction, and strong organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates time‑management skills, including prioritization and timely follow‑up.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work with integrated professional teams.
- Basic computer skills; willing to learn EMRs, company software, and telehealth technology.
- Ability and willingness to travel from home for work or training assignments; out‑of‑state travel required to visit contracted nursing facilities.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
