Travel CT Tech jobs in Florida let you perform diagnostic scans using computed tomography technology in a variety of clinical settings. You will prepare and position patients, operate CT equipment, and ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis. Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, following trauma and contrast protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Recommended qualifications are ARRT certification in Radiography, postprimary ARRT certification in CT, and a valid Florida state radiologic technologist license.
Most employers prefer at least one year of recent CT experience, BLS certification, and competency with IV contrast and trauma protocols
