We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing initiatives related to EMR/Epic buildouts and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology projects, experience working with clinical or operational stakeholders, and an understanding of facility construction workflows. This role requires an individual who can manage complex timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage EMR/Epic implementation, enhancement, or buildout projects.
- Coordinate project activities across clinical, operational, IT, and facilities teams.
- Develop project plans, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with technical teams to understand system design, integrations, and workflow impacts.
- Ensure alignment between technology implementation and facility construction or renovation activities.
- Maintain documentation, project reports, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (Intermediate or Senior level).
- Proven experience with Epic and/or EMR/clinical application buildouts.
- Professional background in healthcare environments (hospital, clinical operations, or health systems).
- Strong understanding of facility construction processes, especially as they relate to IT/clinical systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Epic certifications or previous Epic implementation experience.
- Experience collaborating with facilities, architects, or construction project teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory or compliance requirements.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.
