  • Build relationships with account‑based C&D‑suite customers, providing transparent, timely clinical, economic, and humanistic data to inform access and purchase decisions.
  • Engage customers on near‑term pipeline assets, assessing priorities and evidence needs while supporting planning, budgeting, and reimbursement decisions for future access.
Internal Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate leadership through influence, consensus‑building, and fostering collaboration around customer solutions.
  • Partner with VCAT and VCART teams to align on customer engagement strategy and engage medical influencers effectively.
  • Collaborate with U.S. Medical team members to create fit‑for‑purpose field medical account planning and engagement materials.
  • Ensure accountability across the medical matrix to maintain momentum with customers.
  • Leverage internal R&E research teams (Health Outcomes, Epidemiology, Implementation Sciences) to inform asset strategic plans.
  • Participate in process, change, and capability initiatives for MVOL and broader cross‑functional teams.
  • Cultivate a strong, collaborative, inclusive team culture within MVOL and across ViiV matrix teams.
  • Gather medical voice of the customer to support key insights for access and value evidence strategy.
  • Maintain deep understanding of U.S. Healthcare Environment, including Reform, Quality, Population Health priorities, HIT landscape (EHR, CER, patient‑centered research), and evolving PBDM needs.
  • Build and maintain product, disease state, pathways, and reimbursement expertise pertinent to therapeutic area responsibilities.
  • Identify/facilitate partnership opportunities involving RWE and other collaborative capabilities.
  • Leverage cross‑functional medical matrix partners and internal R&D resources to meet PBDM clinical and program implementation expertise.
