Male and Female HHA Caregivers

About the Role:

Join Hand in Hand Home Care Solutions LLC as a Male HHA Caregiver in Oviedo, FL, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment.

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.

• Valid Home Health Aide certification or CNA License
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on client-centered care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Must have a Level 2 background screening
• Must have a Health statement dated within the last 6 months stating caregiver is "Free of Communicable disease:"
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
