PRN Mammography Technologist (Opportunity to Grow into Full-time)

Orlando, FL, near Millenia Mall

This position will begin as PRN with flexible shifts: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. As patient volume grows, the role is expected to transition into a full-time position with a consistent schedule.

• Mammography Techs are eligible for monthly bonuses based on team volume goals
• Average bonus equivalent to approximately $4.00 per hour in addition to base salary

• Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality mammography images
• Perform daily QC and QA checks on mammography equipment
• Complete patient documentation in the RIS system
• Identify and address scheduling or workflow issues as they arise

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department
• Collaborate in a respectful, fast-paced team environment
• Remain compliant with ACR standards and MQSA regulations
• Uphold the Radiologic Technologist Code of Ethics
• Assist with workflow improvements and patient experience initiatives

• ARRT certification in Mammography
• Florida State License
• MQSA compliant (Digital and 3D Mammography)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience preferred
• Patient-focused, proactive, and team-oriented

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to assist patients with limited mobility
• Frequent bending and reaching for proper patient positioning

$35-40 per hour
