PRN Mammography Technologist (Opportunity to Grow into Full-time)

LocationOrlando, FL, near Millenia Mall
ScheduleThis position will begin as PRN with flexible shifts: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. As patient volume grows, the role is expected to transition into a full-time position with a consistent schedule.

- 100% coverage of out-of-pocket costs for most medically necessary imaging for both you and your eligible dependents
- Mammography Techs are eligible for monthly bonuses based on team volume goals
- Average bonus equivalent to approximately $4.00 per hour in addition to base salary

- Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality mammography images
- Perform daily QC and QA checks on mammography equipment
- Complete patient documentation in the RIS system
- Identify and address scheduling or workflow issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department
- Collaborate in a respectful, fast-paced team environment
- Remain compliant with ACR standards and MQSA regulations
- Uphold the Radiologic Technologist Code of Ethics
- Assist with workflow improvements and patient experience initiatives
- ARRT certification in Mammography
- Florida State License
- MQSA compliant (Digital and 3D Mammography)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience preferred
- Patient-focused, proactive, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to assist patients with limited mobility
- Frequent bending and reaching for proper patient positioning
$35-40 per hour
