Dayshift Home Health Aide (HHA) – in 32832 ¡URGENT

Now hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in East Orlando and surrounding areas. At Home Well Care Services, we provide high-quality, compassionate home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance to remain safe and comfortable  are looking for reliable, experienced caregivers who are committed to providing consistent, professional care.

• 4-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Service Area:
  East Orlando, FL and surrounding areas

$16 – $18 per hour, based on experience, case needs, and level of care required

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia care
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings
• Provide hands‑on personal care to ensure safety and comfort
• Must be able to safely assist clients with mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

• HHA Certificate (40-hour) or CNA License
• Valid CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross approved)
• Alzheimer’s / ADRD Training compliant with DOEA guidelines
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving or home care experience
• Strong communication with office staff for scheduling and care coordination
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to assigned shifts
• Passion for helping seniors and individuals in need

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (I‑9 verification)
• Must provide valid identification and employment documents
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and standing for extended periods
