Terms:

12-month Full-time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation.

Sign-on Eligibility:

+ One (1) year of applicable experience

+ Must live 50 miles outside of campus address

+ Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are not eligible

+ Attends department meetings and engages in positive dialogue to support department objectives.

+ Obtains high-quality scans by following proper exam protocols and adapting procedures to each patient's medical situation.

+ Other duties as assigned. Confirms patient and exam accuracy using two patient identifiers before administering exams.

+ Performs, documents, and reports all procedures in accordance with departmental policy.

+ Reviews images and completes ultrasound worksheets promptly, re-scanning patients as requested by Radiologists.

* + 2+ years' experience in vascular sonography [Preferred]

* + American Registry of Radiologic Technologies RT (BS) Preferred

** Licenses and

Certifications:

* + Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required] OR

+ Registered Technologist - Vascular Sonography (R.T.(VS)(ARRT)) [Required] OR

+ Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) [Required]

+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
