Position Summary
The Histotechnologist I processes surgical, autopsy, and study specimens for pathologic diagnosis. Responsibilities include tissue fixation, processing, freezing, microtomy, frozen sectioning, and staining slides for microscopic examination by the Pathologist.
Schedule:
Night Shift Full-time 40 hours a week from 10pm-6am

- Uses the laboratory computer system to add, cancel, and verify completed orders.
- Performs and documents quality control and preventive maintenance procedures.
