Orlando Health is seeking a Senior Front Office Assistant to perform routine computerized scheduling and administrative tasks in an ambulatory physician office under the supervision of the Practice Manager and Medical Office Manager.
You will handle multi-tasking, phone calls, filing, prepare lab and medical records, and act as liaison between physicians, patients and insurance to obtain referrals and authorizations; experience in a medical office and 30 wpm typing preferred.
