Job Responsibilities:

* + Assists in preparing the operating room for surgery by setting up surgical instruments and equipment.

+ Transports patients to and from the operating room and assists with positioning them on the operating table.

+ Ensures the cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.

+ Maintains a clean and safe environment in the surgical suite.

+ Provides support to the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs.

+ Assists with room turnover between surgeries, including cleaning and restocking supplies.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* + Must be able to read and write the English language [Required]

* Education:

* + High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

* Work Experience:

*
* + 5+ experience as a surgical assistant [Required]

** Licenses and

Certifications:

* + Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
