AT Services is seeking a passionate and energetic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric population in both clinic and school-based settings, providing meaningful intervention that helps children reach their full potential.
Position Overview:- Independent Contractor (1099).
- Flexible schedule.
- Clinic and school-based caseload.
- Pediatric population (ages 2–21).
- Competitive per-visit/per-hour compensation.
- Opportunity to build and maintain a consistent caseload.
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral, and functional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Provide parent and caregiver education.
- Maintain compliance with state and payer requirements.
For Occupational Therapists (OTR/L):
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy License.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently.
- Active Florida COTA License.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision of an OTR/L.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
