We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist to perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures at our fast-paced outpatient imaging center in
Port Orange, FL
. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills, compassion for patients, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Perform Nuclear MedicineandPET/CT procedures, including in vivo and in vitro studies.
• Operate radiation detection and imaging equipment such as gamma cameras and SPECT/PET/CT systems.
• Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals; maintain accurate documentation for receipt, usage, and disposal.
• Evaluate image quality and process computerized imaging data for interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safetyand all regulatory standards.
• Conduct daily and weekly quality control and calibration procedures on imaging equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of patient procedures and radiopharmaceutical activities.
• Assist in training and guiding new technologists or students as needed.
• Provide exceptional patient care, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Center Manager.

• Graduate of anAMA-approved school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Minimum1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine (preferred).
• Completion of16 hours of PET/CT training as required by the State of Florida.
• Licensed by the State of Florida and certified byARRT (N) orNMTCB (CNMT).
• BLS certification required.

• Proficiency in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT technical principles and procedures.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety, anatomy, physiology, and image quality standards.
• IV placement and management skills.
• Experience using Abbadox, PACS and imaging software systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Calm, professional demeanor in emergency or high-pressure situations.

• Ability to lift and move up to50 lbsand assist with patient positioning.
• Requires full range of motion and
  20/20 correctable vision.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
