We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at Aviata at Rosewood in Orlando, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents and patients. Job Responsibilities- Deliver direct care to residents and patients, including assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility
- Provide companionship and conversation to residents and patients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
- Report changes in residents’ condition and status to licensed nursing staff
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Florida CNA license
- Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with residents and patients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
