Role:
The Patient Access Manager (PAM) at Acadia Pharmaceuticals provides field-based access and reimbursement support, acting as a primary contact for healthcare providers to facilitate patient access to company's neurological and rare disease therapies. • Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)
• minimum 4+ years in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or specialty pharmacy, with expertise in access and reimbursement, especially Medicare
• Experience working with provider offices and knowledge of healthcare payer landscape is essential
• Skills required include strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, organization, and empathy, with the ability to travel up to 60%

Salary ranges from $128,000 to $170,000 based on experience and seniority, with additional bonuses and benefits.

The role supports Acadia’s focus on underserved neurological and rare diseases, including Parkinson’s, Rett syndrome, Alzheimer’s, and Lewy body dementia, predominantly in the Florida region.

Work setup involves travel within the territory, with a focus on maximizing patient access and reimbursement strategies in a highly regulated environment.
