I am looking for Benefit Investigation Specialists for a growing healthcare team in Orlando! This is a fast-paced opportunity supporting patients, providers, and insurance companies through benefit investigations, coverage verification, and reimbursement support. We are looking for candidates with experience navigating insurance benefits, working with major payers, and communicating with providers and patients.
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite first 90 days, then remote eligible)
Schedule: Multiple shifts available between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday-Friday (OT available)
Contract: Extension/conversion potential
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of medical benefit investigation experience
- Experience verifying and explaining insurance coverage
- Experience working with major payers (UHC, BCBS, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
- Experience making outbound calls to insurance companies
- High School Diploma or GED
- Call Center Experience
- Pharmacy Experience
