We’re currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our expanding services across Central Florida, including:Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties.
Service settings include:- In-home, school-based, and clinic environments
- Orlando (Lake Ellenor Clinic) – Clinic, in-home, school, and private school partnerships
- East Orlando (Waterford Lakes Clinic) – Clinic, in-home, and school-based services
- Kissimmee (Kissimmee Clinic) – Clinic, in-home, and school-based services
- Deland Region – In-home and school-based services

🧠What We’re Looking For- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Experience providing ABA therapy in in‑home, clinic, or school settings
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data‑driven decisions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff
- Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
