Guardian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a newly constructed, beautifully designed, privately-owned, non‑profit facility with 99 beds. The center offers a premier senior living experience, compassionate care, fine dining, and plentiful activities.

The Occupational Therapist will provide inpatient therapy to older adults and treat individuals with various medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist
• Current state licensure

• One year of experience as an OT
