Role Overview :

As a CNA/HHA at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that each individual receives the quality assistance needed to thrive independently. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you will have the flexibility to choose a schedule that best fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, ensuring clients' hygiene and comfort.

Assist with companionship and daily activities to promote engagement.

Administer medication reminders and healthcare instructions as needed.

Prepare meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences.

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Provide transportation assistance for appointments or errands.

Support family caregivers by offering respite care when necessary.

Deliver specialized support focused on veterans and seniors.

Foster meaningful relationships with clients to enhance trust and comfort.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).

Experience providing home care or personal assistance to clients.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English;
Spanish is a plus.

Empathy and patience when working with individuals with diverse needs.

Dependability and professionalism in all interactions.

Bonus If You:

Have prior experience in caregiving for seniors or veterans.

Possess certifications in CPR or First Aid.

Hold additional certifications relevant to home care services.

Employment Type

& Availability:

This position is available in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities, with the flexibility to work Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
