Pay: $26.19/hr

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support an ongoing clinical study. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRC experience, a strong understanding of GCP/ICH/FDA requirements
, and the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, site staff, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct clinical studies in accordance with FDA, GCP, ICH, and protocol requirements
• Perform accurate clinical data entry, EDC updates, and query resolution
• Maintain source documents, patient files, and study documentation
• Support patient scheduling, follow-up calls, and patient retention
• Complete case report forms and sponsor system requirements within established timelines
• Assist with IP accountability and related study documentation as needed
• Identify and report potential non-compliance
• Support IRB requirements and ongoing study activities
• Attend site initiation and protocol-related meetings
• Ensure study information is accurate, current, and maintained according to SOPs

• 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant clinical/medical education
• Strong understanding of GCP, SOPs, informed consent, and safety monitoring
• Experience with EDC/clinical research systems and data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Sound judgment, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize sensitive information
• Must be able to work onsite in Winter Park, FL
