The Clinical Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellow will work full time on-site in Orlando, FL, providing neuropsychological services under licensed supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, administering and scoring standardized tests, interpreting results, and preparing integrated reports with clear diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations. The Fellow will participate in neuropsychological assessment. The role may include providing evidence-based interventions targeting cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning, and contributing to multidisciplinary treatment planning.

The Fellow will engage in regular supervision, didactic training, and ongoing professional development, while adhering to ethical standards and documentation requirements.

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or related field from an accredited program, with formal training in neuropsychology.
• Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited internship or equivalent, with substantial neuropsychological assessment experience.
• Eligibility for postdoctoral supervision toward licensure in the state of Florida.
• Strong skills in neuropsychological assessment, including test selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation for diverse populations.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and clinically useful reports that integrate test data, history, and behavioral observations.
• Solid foundation in psychopathology, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions relevant to neurological and psychiatric conditions.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
• Comfort with electronic health records and basic office technology; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience or interest in working with adult and/or pediatric populations with neurological, developmental, or medical conditions is preferred.
