• Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (COTA CLT)
• Typical full-time clinicians complete 2430 visits per week

• Visits typically range from 7085 minutes
• Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an OT
• Implement treatment plans and track patient progress
• Provide hands‑on therapy and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the care team

• Active Florida COTA license
• CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area
• Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms

Florida coverage areas are assigned close to home. South Florida, Central Florida, Volusia County, Space Coast, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville regions.
