Position: Physical Therapist $12,500 Sign on Bonus
Courtyards Care Center is currently hiring Physical Therapists for our in-house rehab program!

$12,500 Sign on Bonus for Full-time

Requirements of the RPT (Physical Therapist)
  • Valid Florida RPT (Physical Therapist) License
  • Current CPR
Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Registered Physical Therapists (RPT):
  • Creates, implements, and executes patient treatment plans.
  • Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team.
  • Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements and as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements.
  • Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.
  • Supports and participates in department operations and development.
  • Reports any changes in patient status or needs to Director of Rehab and interdisciplinary team as appropriate.
  • Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants with the goal of ensuring optimal patient care and achievement of outcomes.
