Inner-Circle Communities LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S or LPCC-S) to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff
- Oversee case management and ensure quality of clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and support ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and agency policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services
- Lead clinical team meetings and facilitate training initiatives
- Monitor caseloads and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases
- Active Ohio LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker
- Supervisor) or LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
- Supervisor) licensure required - Proven experience in clinical supervision and staff development
- Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and best practices
- Experience with documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, community-based environment
- Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care
