Field Reimbursement Manager - Orlando, FL

Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) supporting argenx's immunology portfolio by optimizing patient access and reimbursement across medical and pharmacy benefit channels.

• serve as primary reimbursement resource
• educate healthcare providers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals
• develop account-specific access strategies
• manage complex reimbursement issues
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Support Services, Market Access, and Sales
• develop territory plans utilizing CRM and data analytics
• ensure operational compliance and address access barriers proactively

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty healthcare
• deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and specialty pharmacy reimbursement models
• strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• experience supporting biologics, immunology, or rare disease therapies
• familiarity with buy-and-bill, infusion reimbursement, site-of-care, and payer management strategies

• experience in neurology or immunology
• proficiency with CRM systems
• extensive travel willingness
