With over 250 employees across Orlando, FL, and Exeter, NH, Vacation Innovations is innovating the online marketplace for vacation ownership and rentals.

Responsibilities/Duties
  • Provide professional customer service, sales, and management of private member base for travel.
  • Offer clients cost-effective travel solutions with upsell opportunities.
  • Meet monthly sales revenue targets.
  • Partner with management to ensure customer satisfaction and proper care of travel needs.
  • Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and clear notes in Salesforce.
    • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of strong travel sales experience.
  • Cruise experience is strongly encouraged.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Team player and motivator.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven internet and software skills.
  • Proper note-taking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
