Job Overview:
We are hiring a Destination Wedding Coordinator to help plan and execute stunning weddings at luxury resorts, beaches, and unique international venues. This role involves collaborating with couples, vendors, and travel partners to ensure a seamless wedding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with couples to design and coordinate their dream wedding
- Secure wedding venues, decor, catering, and entertainment
- Oversee event logistics, including scheduling and vendor communication
- Manage guest accommodations, transportation, and group bookings
- Ensure all legal requirements for destination weddings are met
- Provide on-site or virtual support to clients leading up to their big day
- Stay informed on wedding trends, venues, and industry best practices
- Experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality is ideal
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-end clientele
- Knowledge of international wedding destinations and travel logistics
