KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

The
Lobby Experience Host
will provide a genuine welcome experience to participants as they arrive at the facility. Lobby Experience Hosts will be responsible for checking participants into their guest room, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the facility to clearly answer participant inquiries and working closely with the facility housekeeping team to ensure a seamless participant guestroom experience. In addition to managing the entire lobby experience, Lobby Experience Hosts will also be responsible for quickly and efficiently cataloging and delivering participant luggage to their guestroom upon arrival, and from the guest room during departure.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess refined communication skills, both verbal and written, and will work tirelessly to provide an unforgettable participant experience during all phases of their stay on property.
