OverviewSurrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. Includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in‑room dining. In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Peacock Alley, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, overseeing 30 Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience and knowledge of coffee and beverage operations. Prior experience in fine dining and a luxury hotel is preferred.

- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
