Serve as the primary planning advocate and liaison between clients and all resort operational departments.;
Prepare detailed group resumes and review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) during weekly operations meetings.;
Coordinate and verify all event details including food and beverage service, cabana reservations, room and venue requirements, AV, entertainment, and leisure experiences.;
Billing and final invoicing; distribute BEOs to departments in a timely manner.;
Identify revenue and upsell opportunities for cabanas, packages, décor, and enhancements.
