The Opportunity:

Banquet House Attendant (On-Call)

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our banquet team who has 2 years' experience working within a banquet environment.

Responsibilities:

* Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order

* Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service, ensuring that all items are in good condition

* Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans

* Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the resort's receiving area and store them safely and securely

* Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Em Pact

Minimum Qualifications:

* A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

* Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

* Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

* High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
