The Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate is surrounded by 36 holes of championship golf, 15 acres of recreation, a four‑diamond rating, a signature Mokara spa, five restaurants, and 15 acres of pools and recreation activities including an 850‑foot lazy river.

As a Catering Sales Coordinator you will assist in the daily operations of our events and meeting space to ensure overall client satisfaction. You will report to the Director of Catering and Conference Services and handle all administrative duties as assigned by the Catering Department.

• Respond to telephone inquiries, determine client needs, and route inquiries to Catering Sales Managers.
• Maintain filing systems in accordance with SOP.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Build rapport with catering clients and serve as liaison.
• Handle finalization of catering contracts, distribute Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes, and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist Catering Managers during the execution of catering events.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Catering/Catering Managers.

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous hotel, catering, and Delphi experience preferred.
