As an Overnight Front Office Host, you’re the welcoming face guests rely on when they arrive late, depart early, or need support during the quietest hours of the night. You’ll handle check‑ins and check‑outs, share information about hotel services, assist with special requests, and help keep the lobby running smoothly. This role offers plenty of opportunities for friendly conversation and meaningful guest interactions, even in the stillness of the overnight shift.

You’ll also process payments, respond to guest inquiries, and make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a moderate amount of weight
