Event Concierge-Part time

The Event Concierge is an extension of the Event Sales and Planning team and a liaison between the hotel and the on‑site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing any group or guest needs and requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Ability to:

• Push and/or pull a loaded cart weighing approximately 100 pounds
• Lift and move approximately 50 pounds
• Bend/squat/kneel/climb/reach on a daily basis
• Stand and walk on a continuous basis
• Utilize basic office equipment (for example: fax, copier, telephone, and computer)
• Able to work rotating shifts – not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
