Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center  Our eforea Spa is open Sunday Monday  9AM 5PM  and Tuesday Saturday  9AM 8PM   It houses 13 treatment rooms and features both results oriented and locally inspired therapies  Our team consists of our Spa Manager, supervisor, spa receptionists, therapists, estheticians, nail technicians and our spa attendants

The ideal candidate holds 2  years in customer service and the passion for guest service  Ability to work the required shifts

** Shift Pattern** : 2 3 shifts per week  AM/MID   Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed

** Pay Rate** : $15 60 per hour

** What will I be doing?*
* As an eforea Spa Attendant/Receptionist, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service  Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

As Spa Attendant:

60% Duties:

+ Welcome and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
+ Extend exceptional guest service
+ Maintain order and cleanliness of spa and fitness center including, but not limited to, cleaning the facility, locker rooms, and fitness center equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
+ Stock and replenish the outlet with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc
+ Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
+ Perform general spa duties, as needed

As Receptionist:

40% Duties:

+ Greet, register, and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
+ Ensure a high level of product knowledge of eforea spa products and services
+ Schedule spa appointments
+ Process client payments at conclusion of service/
+ Respond to guest inquiries regarding eforea spa treatments and services, appointment availability, and retail offerings in person, email, and telephone in a timely and friendly manner
