** Overview
* * Responsible for coordinating housekeeping operations while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. This dual-role position serves as a communication link between guests, housekeeping staff, and other departments while ensuring rooms are cleaned and prepared according to company standards to provide an exceptional guest experience.###
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** ## Receive, prioritize, and dispatch housekeeping requests, work orders, and guest service requests.* ## Coordinate room assignments and communicate task updates to housekeeping staff.* ## Monitor and update room status in the property management system (clean, dirty, inspected, vacant, occupied, and out-of-order).* ## Answer housekeeping phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.* ## Communicate with Front Desk, Engineering, Security, and other departments regarding room readiness and guest requests.
* ## Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, lost and found items, and service requests.* ## Track completion of assigned tasks and follow up to ensure quality standards are met.* ## Assist with preparing daily housekeeping reports and administrative tasks.* ## Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.
* ## Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.* ## Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.* ## Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.* ## Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.* ## Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.
* ## Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart. Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room.* ## Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.* ## Perform any other job-related duties…
