Position Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor; greet guests within five feet with a friendly manner.
- Use guests’ last names and appropriate salutations; display proper phone etiquette.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously.
- Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and vehicle access.
- Provide directions, taxi information, reservations, and local assistance.
- Explain parking rates, handle claim checks, and maintain accurate ticket information.
- Calculate and collect revenue when required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
- At least one month of related experience or training.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.
- Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and time management skills.
- Manual transmission operation and parallel parking desirable.
- Ability to perform mechanical tasks up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
Hourly base pay of $15 per hour plus tips.

Work ScheduleOvernight shift.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsThe role requires frequent standing, walking, occasional stair climbing, and handling up to 100 pounds of force. Employees work outdoors for extended periods and may be exposed to extreme heat and cold. Travel up to 5% may be required.
