As a Resort Experience Host, you will create engaging and memorable experiences for guests of all ages through activities, events, and recreational programs. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and delivering exceptional guest service.

• Lead and facilitate a variety of activities and events for adults, children, and families.
• Participate in special events and assist in creating memorable guest experiences.
• Develop new activity ideas and help enhance resort programming.
• Maintain daily activity logs and track guest participation.
• Handle monetary transactions and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals and check‑outs using computer systems.
• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure guest well‑being during activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas, including the Activities Center and recreational facilities.
• Assist with inventory management and operational support as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resort operations.

• Previous guest service, recreation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and cash‑handling experience preferred.
• Commitment to providing excellent service while maintaining safety standards.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must uphold Westgate Resorts' standards of professionalism, integrity, and guest service.
