About the role: The Recreation Attendant supports Explorer Island, our recreational area, which features Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Additional activities include beach volleyball, basketball, gaming at The Hideout, and Kids for All Seasons program.

• Provide guests with water, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas.
• Respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges.
• Comfortable working outside during high temperatures.
• Willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic and sense of responsibility.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
