Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere;
Process check-ins and check-outs for guests arriving and departing during the night hours, and manage reservations;
Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions and guest interactions;
Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts in the property management system;
Monitor the hotel premises during the night shift and respond to emergencies as needed
