Transport guests to and from the hotel, hospital, or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner;
Assist guests with luggage including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departure;
Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs;
Inspect vehicle condition at start of shift and report any malfunctions or damage;
Ensure guest confidentiality and HIPAA security as applicable; assist patrons with entering/exiting vehicle; use wheelchair lifts if required
