Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Drive total revenue performance:
** Lead sales and marketing efforts across all segments, including group, catering, business transient, and leisure, to achieve revenue goals and profitability targets

** Develop commercial strategy:
** Set and execute the hotel's multi-year commercial plan in partnership with on-property and regional leaders, aligning enterprise solutions with local market needs

** Optimize pricing and business mix:
** Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to implement pricing strategies, forecast demand, and define the optimal mix of business for each period

** Analyze performance and convert insights to action:
** Lead the Sales & Marketing Optimization Process, using data to identify opportunities, adjust tactics, and communicate performance drivers through regular commercial reviews

** Lead marketing and digital strategy:
** Oversee B2B marketing, digital campaigns, social media, PR, and online content to strengthen brand presence and demand generation

** Ensure brand alignment and operational excellence:
** Oversee sales and marketing activities to ensure consistency with brand standards, corporate identity, and enterprise communication tools

** Cultivate a high-performing team:
** Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
