Caribe Royale Orlando is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide professional, friendly check-in and check-out experience for guests. You will process payments per resort policies, offer information, and handle guest inquiries by phone or in person while maintaining courtesy and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of front desk experience in a hotel or resort, strong guest service skills, and familiarity with cash handling and PCI compliance. Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
