Seasonal Position – Ambassadors for Howl‑O‑Scream

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard‑working individuals to serve as Ambassadors, leading the VIP Tours during Howl‑O‑Scream Orlando.

Availability Requirements

Howl‑O‑Scream 2026 runs on select nights in September and October, with event nights every Friday and Saturday evening during this period, and Thursday and Sunday evenings added later.

Applicants must have availability for at least two consecutive evenings per week between Friday and Sunday (e.g., Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday). Additionally, availability is required on either Friday, 10/30 or Saturday, 10/31.

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Flexible schedule to work Thursdays to Sundays, with start times as early as 6:00PM to as late as 1:00AM.
  • Preferable to work all nights of the event.
  • Ability to provide outstanding guest service.
  • Prior performance experience (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of park layout and procedures (preferred but not required).
  • Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40pounds on occasion.
  • Extensive walking and standing throughout the shift, indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather conditions.
  • Frequent physical activities: standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching overhead, simple grasp, and fine manipulation tasks.
  • Willingness to step in as a scare actor on nights where tours do not sell out.
Job Responsibilities
  • Escort guests on park tours during Howl‑O‑Scream, providing a VIP experience with frontline access to attractions, priority seating to select shows, and private beverage stations.
  • Support staff by assisting with set‑up, check‑in, serving alcoholic drinks, seat saving at shows, and clean‑up.
  • Maintain professional quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide excellent guest service to guests and ambassadors.
