Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
• Proven supervisory, inspector or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
