Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is seeking a warm, observant Lobby Ambassador to greet guests and set a welcoming tone. You will be the face of the guest experience in the lobby, offering directions, recommendations, and proactive assistance.
Work closely with Guest Services, Concierge and Security to ensure memorable stays, handle VIP arrivals, and maintain lobby presentation. A background in hospitality and basic computer skills to operate property management systems are preferred.
