Towne Place Suites is seeking a front desk supervisor to ensure smooth check-in/out experiences and maintain high guest satisfaction. You will manage staffing for the front office, including interviewing, training and scheduling, and resolve guest issues with proactive problem-solving.
The role requires proficient use of the MICROS system and strong communication skills to greet guests and coordinate services across departments. This is a full-time on-site position at our Orlando-area property.
