General Manager

The General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel in accordance with our vision, mission statement and core values. The GM maximizes financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development within established quality standards, and is in charge of hiring and training all hotel staff. The role requires a self‑starter who is available 24‑hour days.

• Conduct daily check‑ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards.
• Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits and completing operational checklists.
• Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, maximize revenue and maintain financial and statistical records.

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in hospitality preferred.
• Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager or hotel department manager required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

$65,000 per year
