Overview

The Overnight Public Area Cleaning Supervisor oversees the overnight cleaning team to maintain elevated standards of cleanliness, presentation, and sanitation across all front-of-house and back-of-house public spaces. This role ensures high-touch and high-traffic areas, including the main lobby, public restrooms, Bacan restaurant, Garni / lounge areas, Nectar Pool Bar and other areas—are meticulously detailed, sanitized, and reset before morning operations begin.

• Lead Hands-On Cleaning Execution:
  Actively clean alongside the overnight team every night, leading by example and directly performing heavy-duty cleaning tasks, detailing, and sanitation across assigned public zones.
• Supervise and Direct Shift Operations:
  Coordinate and oversee the overnight public area attendants, assigning specific zones, detailing duties, and specialized nightly tasks to ensure complete coverage.
• Maintain and Clean Food & Beverage Outlets:
  Actively clean, detail, and inspect premier dining and lounge venues—including Bacan, Garni and Nectar Room—ensuring floors, baseboards, dining surfaces, host stations, and bar perimeter areas are spotless for morning service.
• Execute Deep Cleaning of Public Restrooms:
  Directly participate in and oversee the nightly scrubbing, sanitizing, polishing, and restocking of all lobby and public restrooms to maintain pristine luxury hygiene standards.
