This is a front-row seat to hospitality magic in a setting that’s all about warmth, connection, and laidback luxe.
Here’s What You’ll Be Up To:
- Welcoming guests with confidence, kindness, and a dash of charm.
- Taking beverage orders and serving drinks—always responsibly, always with style.
- Talking up daily specials and helping guests feel right at home.
- Checking IDs and following state alcohol service guidelines (we’ll support with training).
- Keeping the bar area stocked, clean, and ready for action.
- Helping with setup and breakdown of the bar, think clean glasses, stocked shelves, and good vibes only.
- Jumping in to support your team wherever needed, because teamwork is everything.
- You’re of legal age to serve alcohol.
- You bring great energy and love making people feel welcome.
- You don’t need previous bar experience—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- You’re flexible with scheduling and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You’re comfortable standing, moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs during your shift.
- You’re dependable, detail-aware, and ready to show up for your team.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience in food, beverage, or guest service.
- T.I.P.S. or Serve Safe alcohol certification (or willingness to get one—we’ve got you).
- High school diploma or GED.
